Iran: US Attacks Leave 50 Dead Since July 6

At least 50 people have been killed and more than 500 others injured in US attacks across Iran since July 6, according to the Iranian Health Ministry.

Hossein Kermanpour, the ministry’s Head of Public Relations and Information, said in a post on X that the casualties include five women and two children and teenagers under the age of 18.

He added that 32 women and 18 children and teenagers were among those injured in the attacks.

Kermanpour said 28 surgical operations have been carried out on those wounded. According to the latest figures, 460 injured people have been treated and discharged from hospitals, while 37 others remain hospitalised.

The Health Ministry’s figures provide the latest official casualty update since the recent escalation of US military attacks on Iran. Independent verification of the reported casualty numbers has not been possible.
