Air raid sirens sound in Bahrain for fifth time Today

Air raid warning sirens were activated in Bahrain for the fifth time within a matter of hours as the Gulf kingdom remained on alert amid continued Iranian missile and drone attacks across the region.

In a statement, Bahrain’s Interior Ministry urged residents to remain calm and immediately head to the nearest safe place.

The repeated alerts come as Bahrain continues to monitor the security situation following a series of Iranian aerial attacks, several of which the country’s defence forces said they had intercepted and destroyed earlier.

Authorities have not immediately reported any casualties or damage following the latest warning.

Bahrain has repeatedly activated its public warning system as regional tensions continue to escalate, with missile and drone attacks reported across several Gulf countries in recent hours.
