Hezbollah Launches Drone and Missile Attacks against Israel

Hezbollah says it has carried out a series of drone and missile attacks against Israeli military positions and troop concentrations in northern Israel and along the Lebanese border, as tensions continue to rise during the ongoing Iranian escalation against Israel.

According to the group, a drone strike targeted Israeli soldiers in the Marj area near the Lebanese town of Markaba. Hezbollah also reported attacks on Israeli troops in Jal al-Hammar, south of al-Adisa, and said drones were used to strike soldiers stationed at the Dovev barracks.

In addition, Hezbollah stated that it fired precision missiles at an Israeli artillery position in the Yiftah barracks area and at Israeli troops gathered near Birkat al-Marj.

The attacks come as Israeli forces continue intensive strikes across southern Lebanon. Local reports say the bombardment has killed civilians and caused significant damage to homes and infrastructure.

The latest exchanges coincide with Iran’s ongoing missile attacks on Israel, raising fears of a broader regional conflict.
