Police have confirmed that an investigation is underway following an altercation involving a group of foreign nationals at Artificial Beach.
The incident came to public attention after a video allegedly showing several individuals engaged in a fight at Artificial Beach began circulating widely on social media this Saturday.
In a statement, police said the footage had been brought to the attention of law enforcement through social media platforms. Authorities noted that the video appears to show a physical confrontation involving multiple people within the Artificial Beach area.
Police also revealed that, as of now, no formal complaint related to the incident has been submitted to the service.
However, officials stressed that the matter may constitute a criminal offence. As a result, investigators have initiated inquiries under the relevant legal procedures and will take any necessary action based on the outcome of the investigation.
