Maldives Police Service is searching for a 44-year-old man wanted in connection with a case filed at the Criminal Court, following a court order requiring his arrest and presentation before the court.
The man has been identified as Ahmed Zuhur, of M. Burehimaa, Malé.
Police said Zuhur is being sought after he failed to appear before the Criminal Court in connection with the case. Under a court order, police have been instructed to arrest him and present him before the court at 9:00 a.m. on November 1, 2026.
Anyone with information regarding Zuhur’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Police Custodial number at 9991442.
Police also expressed appreciation for the public’s continued cooperation in assisting law enforcement efforts.
